Mayhem In The Meadowlands
Crossfit competition at the MetLife Stadium in New York. It was a lot of fun with over 100 teams competing. We even had the privilege of meeting Katie Hogan and Becca Voigt! It's been almost three years that Crossfit has played a huge role in my life. I may not eat how Crossfitters do all the time but the WODs and feeling of accomplishment has really pushed me to being a more successful person. The feeling of overcoming a heavy lift or beating an original time of a workout makes me feel like I'm on top of the world. Crossfit gives you that extra push that I find nothing else can - don't be lazy about it, just pick it up!
