Negeen & Jorge | New York Engagement Photographer

On this particular day in Poughkeepsie, New York, Jorge graduated from Marist College as a Second Lieutenant in the US Army. It was a day of celebration. Shortly after the ceremony, his family and close friends gathered at Shadows On The Hudson for a lovely dinner. 

As everyone finished up their last bites, Jorge thanked each of his guests for attending his day of achievement, followed by a speech that caught many by surprise... especially his long time girlfriend, Negeen, who was brought to tears as Jorge pulled out a small, red box and got down on one knee. Negeen and Jorge, you are simply made for each other, and I am so grateful to have been a part of your special day. Congratulations to the both of you!

The Sweet Escape Patisserie | Food Photographer Toronto

This winter, I got to spend one of my shoots at a delightful patisserie in the Distillery District. The Sweet Escape Patisserie offers cakes for all occasions, cupcakes, (the most delicious) shortbread cookies, and lots more. It was such a fun experience getting to photograph gorgeous cakes. I want to thank Michelle, for giving me the opportunity to help expand my portfolio and explore the world of desserts through food photography!

Something Different | Toronto Landscape Photography

I decided to take up a genre of photography that I originally thought was dull and not exciting. After my first critique in my Landscape, Site and Place class, I successfully completed the assignment and was really pleased with the outcome. Shooting out of any window just sounds so cliché. Apparently not. All images were shot on a Canon 60D with a 50mm prime lens.
